Need help with a housing problem in the West End?

The West End Civic Association is here to assist you with housing problems related to health & safety concerns, and tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities.

Please download, fill out and send the Microsoft Word questionnaire if you're seeking help.  It will be forwarded to the Housing Committee and you will be contacted.  Please come to a meeting to discuss this issue.

The Housing Committee meets on the 3rd Monday of each month, except July, August, and December; the meetings are held at 7 pm at the West End Community Center, 461 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT.
