On Saturday, February 20, the West End Civic Association held its fourth annual lunch to honor students at Classical Magnet and Hartford Public High School who are on the Honor Roll. More than 250 students and parents attended the lunch and ceremony. Mayor Eddie Perez was among the speakers congratulating the students. Here are photos of the event.
